Very comfortable and close to cruise ship terminal.

Nothing.

Check-in was very easy. We were there early but still had a room available. Room was nice and clean and very nice. Shuttle to cruise ship was appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent access to San Pedro cruise pier.

Not a thing.

Would recommend this hotel if you are planning on taking a cruise ship from San Pedro. We could see the ship from the hotel room. What a way to start your cruise!

General atmosphere of welcome and comfort.

Breakfast buffet was terrible. Food ran out and took forever to refill.

With the one exception of the morning restaurant hostess, the service was impeccable! Dinner was fine and service at dinner was also fine. Menu was varied and interesting. Location to the Pier.

Restaurant wasn't open when needed and nowhere locally, that we could, find to eat.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. A few disrepairs in our room but other than that fine.

This was a 1 night pre-cruise stay. Very close to cruise terminal. Appreciated being able to walk to nearby restaurants. Hotel was modern, attractive, clean, with comfortable room. Really appreciated free parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Although hotel had an upscale restaurant on site, there was no coffee/tea provided in the lobby. Decent hotel, great location if cruising out of San Pedro, CA. For price, rooms quite nice. Had good view of cruise terminal, even though we got a low price via Priceline!
